Louis and Benny Abruzzo have used their wealth, power, and influence over both the NM state and Federal court systems to legitimatize and sanctify a stock value suppression scheme against their shareholders.
Over and over, the NM justice system agreed with the plan.

ARCO has reported gross revenues of over $500 million over the past 15 years, yet its board members, officers, majority shareholders (Louis and Benny Abruzzo) have contended in federal and district court, under oath, that their companies are valued at $65.8 million in total.
This means ARCO's 25 LLC companies have a contrived value of only $2.6 million each.

The root of the problem spells trouble for all of us and not just the shareholders. The NM judicial system has become so influenced by the power of big money that no one can hope to have a fair day in court without lots of cash by their side.

All we can do is shout loud and clear to those within our judicial system and outside of it who still believe in fair process but may be silenced by fear of reprisals. We appeal to everyone to start pointing fingers at those who laugh at the "little guys" on the wrong side of political power and who continue to rob us of our rights and our own money.

They thrive on the power of silence and won't stop until we demand that they do in the name of democracy, fair play, and justice.
