Judy Nakamura signed the order to allow Alan Malott to stay on Pro Tem after his retirement 10/31/2018 for Judicial economy (Judy Nakamura is a Board Member of the Albuquerque Balloon Festival which I believe raises concern of a conflict of interest) also is planning to volunteer for animal welfare organization. Alan Malott sanction me $100,000.00 dollars. To be paid $50,000.00 to Animal shelter and $50,000.00 to Homeless health care.

I'm really not sure what to make of Amy Sirignano situation at this time as she was my attorney and withdrew to take a job with the Department of Energy on 7/31/2020.
